Answer:
As long as you live on the UK mainland, we can deliver to you.

How and when will I receive the equipment?
Answer:
You will receive the "Keg in a box" system by a national delivery company, and you will also be given a tracking number after you place your order.

I will be at work all day, can I have a delivery before 9am?
Answer:
Yes, but this does add to the cost of the delivery, and our next day service is not available in these areas:

England
Service available to all postcodes excluding :
TR1-27, EX23, PL10-15, 17-18, 22-35

Wales
Service available to all postcodes excluding :
LD 1-8, LL23-25, 28-78, SA19-73, NP8, SY15-20, 23-25

Scotland & Scottish Isles
Service available excluding the Scottish Isles and the following postcodes:

Do I need a license to sell alcohol to my guests?
Answer:
Yes, if you are going to sell alcohol (ie. money is going to change hands) you need a Temporary Event Notice. We can arrange this for you, but we need at least 2 weeks notice. Please call for details.

Will I have enough glasses for my guests?
Answer:
Every "Keg in a box system" comes with 100 plastic glasses for you to use, so you won't run out. We can provide more if necessary, for a small additional charge.

Is it my responsibility to return the "Keg in a box" system?
Answer:
Yes and no. We will pre-arrange a date that is mutually convenient for the system to be picked up. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the "Keg in a box" system is prepared for its return journey. Please see our Terms and Conditions.

My event is going to be a week long, can I hire out equipment for that long?
Answer:
A standard hire is for a weekend; with the system being delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday. You can hire a system for as long as you require, at an extra cost of £100 a week.

 

When I receive the "Keg in a box" system how long do I need to wait before I can have ice cold draft beer?
Answer:
It is important that you fill the "Keg in a box" system with water, then plug it in as soon as you can, to allow it to build up an ice bank. The more time the system has to cool itself, the better. We recommend a minimum of 3 hours.

 

How do you accept payment?
Answer:
We accept credit card payment, cheques, and bankers draft, and require full payment before the system is shipped to you.  

 

I want a Keg this weekend, is there time?
Answer:
Dont worry, we will do our best to fit you in, just give us a call.

 

Is"Keg in a box" right for me?
Answer:
The "Keg in a box" system is perfect for most people, but there are some things to consider before ordering:

We can supply the system without the keg inside, which does make it easier to move, but still requires 2 people.
